- Lead Times: Please note that the total time for manufacturing and delivery of Ozone products can often exceed one month.
- Order Confirmation Process: Before we finalize your order with Ozone, we will contact you to confirm the estimated delivery timeline.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy: You may cancel your order for a refund if the delivery timeline is unacceptable or if the product has become unavailable.
- Bank Transfer Payments: Will be refunded in full.
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Will be refunded for the total amount paid, less any non-refundable card processing fees.
